TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We have a limited car park at the back of the building, you are permitted to block in the back row of cars. If these spaces are full, please use local street parking. Please do not use the private parking bays.
Government guidelines will apply to your reservation, please assist staff by sticking to the rules at the time of your visit.
If you would like a longer sitting time, please email info@nonnaswoburnsands.co.uk and we will try to accommodate where possible. (A total minimum spend will apply per person.)
Please do not congregate in reception or any entrance/exit/car park. You may be politely asked to move to another area.
Please inform us if you are running late, we will hold the table for 15 minutes, after which, we may have to give the table away.
We are unable to extend booking finish times due to late arrivals.
We reserve the right to charge £10 per person* for any late cancellations. The charge will be applied to the card held against the booking. (Late cancellations made via the online booking system will still be chargeable as a late cancellation.)
For groups of 1 – 6 we require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation otherwise a late cancellation fee will be charged.
For groups of 7 – 12 we require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation otherwise a late cancellation fee can be charged at the restaurant’s discretion
Groups of 8+ will be required to provide a pre-order via email up to 48 hours before the booking. The kitchen will prepare pre-ordered food based on your booking time, not arrival time. Any food from the pre-order that is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking will be chargeable and this will be added to the final bill. Please ensure guests are on time as we are unable to hold orders back for late arrivals.
For groups of 8+ or exclusive hire, we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.
No shows will be charged at £20 per person*. The charge will be applied to the card held against the booking. *Higher charges may apply for special areas or events. Specific T&Cs will apply and will supersede standard T&Cs where appropriate.
Please inform your server of any dietary/allergy information when placing your order.
We allow guests to bring celebration cakes to the restaurant, however, a £3 per head cake charge will be applied to the bill if you wish to have the cake served and eat the cake with us.
Dress code – Smart/Casual. If you are planning a walk in the woods, we ask that you clean your boots before entering the building.
We allow well-behaved dogs to sit quietly under the tables in our Bistro, Terrace and outside areas only. They are not permitted on the upholstery.
