Parking

Our car park is now closed, please find alternative parking elsewhere. 

Sitting Time

If you require a longer sitting time, please email info@nonnaswoburnsands.co.uk. We will accommodate where possible. A minimum spend per person will apply.

Arrival & Waiting Areas

Please do not congregate at reception, entrances/exits, or the car park. You may be politely asked to move to another area. The bistro is available for pre drinks, to reserve a table please email info@nonnaswoburnsands.co.uk spaces are first come first served. 

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let us know. We will hold your table for 15 minutes, after which it may be released. We are unable to extend your booking end time due to late arrival.

Cancellations & Charges

We reserve the right to charge £10 per person for late cancellations. This fee will be charged to the card used to secure the booking. Late cancellations made via the online booking system remain chargeable.

• Groups of 1–7: 24 hours’ notice required

• Groups of 8–12: 48 hours’ notice required (late cancellations incur a fee or loss of deposit)

Groups of 8+

A pre‑order is required via email at least 48 hours before your booking. The kitchen prepares pre‑ordered dishes based on your booking time, not arrival time. Any items cancelled within 24 hours of the booking may be chargeable and added to the final bill. Please ensure all guests arrive on time, as we cannot delay pre‑ordered dishes.

Deposits

• Groups of 8+ or exclusive hire: £10 per person non‑refundable deposit, this is redeemed against the total bill on the day of your booking

• Groups of 13+ or exclusive hire: at least 1 weeks’ notice required for cancellations, bookings may be subjected to a late cancellation fee or loss of deposit

No Shows

No‑shows will be charged £20 per person to the card on file. Higher charges may apply for special areas or events. Specific promotional T&Cs override these standard terms.

Dietary Requirements

Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking your table or placing your order.

Celebration Cakes

Guests may bring their own celebration cake. We reserve the right to charge a £3 per person cake charge for outside catering if you would like the cake served and eaten on the premises.

Dress Code

Smart/casual, no sportswear/hoodies or hats in the main restaurant. If you have been walking in the woods, please clean your boots before entering.

Dogs

Well‑behaved dogs are welcome in the Bistro, Terrace, and outdoor areas only. Dogs must remain under the table and are not permitted on upholstery.
