From our Maltese owner to kitchen helper, we are all food-obsessed. We love to read food blogs and look for ways to further excited our customer’s taste buds.
In order to achieve the fullest and most elegant tastes, we only source our produce locally and cook everything fresh (including our pizza dough). We work with local butchers and green grocers to ensure our food is immaculate by the time it hits your plate.
But it has been said “food is what you make of it” and we think quality food deserves to be transformed into innovative dishes. So to keep things fresh and new, we offer a seasonal menu full of delicious specials and inventive combinations from around the Med.
Oh and don’t tell everyone, but we are happy to go off the menu if you have a specific dish in mind (subject to ingredients).
