Slow Flame Cooked Turkey & Cranberry Sandwiches
Multigrain Brown Bread and Wild Rocket
Roasted Fresh Potato Gnocchi with Sage
Italian Sausage and Stuffing Rolls
Seasoned with aromatic flavours encased in spinach and mustard
Mini Prawn Cocktail served inside Croustades and topped with Caviar
Mini Crushed Brussel Sprouts with Gorgonzola Bake
Smoked Salmon Cured in Beetroot and Black Sambuca
Glass of Mulled Wine

Mini Mince Pies with Vecca Romana (Italian Brandy)
Deconstructed Mini Christmas Pudding
Chocolate sponge base with dried fruits and a brandy gel center covered in a nougat glace dome
